Cult singer/songwriter and enigmatic frontman Fash Stewart is known for his rip-roaring live shows and an upbeat, joyful style often blended with thought provoking moments and socially conscious lyrics. Stewart has been variously described as “a rising star in the country scene” (The Dundee Courier) and “a poet in the mould of Leonard Cohen” – Adrian Goldberg, BBC Radio 5 Live.

Stewart has toured Europe-wide 3 times and has become a regular favourite on the country/folk/roots circuit. He’s performed at various high profile festivals including Scotland’s T in the Park and Celtic Connections as well as performances with Amy Winehouse, The View and Dave Sharp (The Alarm).

Stewart’s 2011 album Interim was a relative success including a poignant song dedicated to Amy Winehouse and the longest song title to be played on BBC Radio in 2010, “Sometimes I feel like killing the neighbour's rooster”. He has been busy in 2014 writing and in the studio working on an album to be released in early 2015.
Stewart predominantly tours as a solo artist but often performs as a duo, trio or with his band The Great & The Good and as part of Europe’s premier roots music tour, The Medicine Show Revue.
